  • Many of us have suffered loss, grief, and broken hearts. We then continue to go through life, never really healing completely, or bringing back those ’heart pieces’ that we lost along the way.

  • This can then leave you with feelings of anxiety and or overwhelmingness that can be somewhat debilitating.

  • This meditation with the assistance of your Healing Angels will get you on the way to recovery and able to cope better in your life as you heal.
