What is the Healing Lagoon meditation about?
Assist with releasing stress and anxiety. For calming the mind and to help you to find some peace in times of upheaval, chaos or when you are feeling overwhelmed. The intention is that when you do this meditation you allow healing to take place and your healing journey to commence.
When can I use this meditation?
You can do this short meditation as many times as you like, whenever you feel the need.
